What Causes Fluctuation In Blood Pressure And Pinching Sensation In Hand?
hey my BP fluctuates from 117/82 to 132/92 (some time 135/95) and pulse rate 90 to some time 108(after driving/heavy meal). Feeling pinching sensation and getting tired at my hand. My GP tested every thing and said that i have anxiety disorder... Is it Okye??
The blood pressure and pulse rate fluctuations are almost normal and not worrisome. You feel pinching sensation in hand and get tired easily. I would suggest you to get serum vitamin B12 levels tested. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause these symptoms. If you have already been tested for this, then no need to repeat.
You must take healthy diet which should include green vegetables and fruits. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your mind relaxed.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
