i can home from work on friday with flu like feeling i had 3 loose stools and a little vomit know i feel weak and numbness in my arms and legs when moving around and feel light headed i have been going to the bathroom 4-5 times a day but it isnt diaherra

Your symptoms may be related to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. This is most commonly viral or bacterial.
In light of how quickly the diarrhea resolved, it is likely viral.

This would cause the additional symptoms that you are experiencing. They would occur due to the infection itself and also as a result of the fluid loss (due to vomiting and diarrhea) and decreased appetite.

You may want to try probiotics and also fluids replacements such as gatorade that would give you both fluids and electrolytes.
