What Causes Fever And Cold?
hi doctor... my child is 2 yrs 6 months old... he is having fever frm 2 days ... having mild cold.. behaviour irritating .... sometime fever goes .... but again catches bak.. he is on medication ... from last afternoon. basically paracetomal and antibiotic

Hallo . Thank you for posting your qestion . You can repeat paracetamol every 6 hourly if require . Can give syrup cetrizine at night for cold & irritability - if not hypersensitive .
