What Causes Extremely Enlarged Lymph Nodes On The Neck?

My 6 year old son has extremely enlarged lymph nodes on both sides of his neck, but one side being larger than the other, I have also found many other smaller lumps in his neck, he has no complaints of pain or symptoms of illness...also he has several very small wart like bumps that have apeared on his neck

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your query,you son might be suffering from Lymphoma(caused due to abnormal growth of blood cells- lymphocytes),in which case he needs to take Medicines.

It would be advisable to have Ultrasonography of neck and fine needle aspiration cytology(histological diagnosis) to find out the cause of swelling.

Then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor.
