Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to different metabolic disorders.

So, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a chest X ray study
- a blood gas analysis
- inflammation tests (PCR, ESR)
- complete blood count for anemia
- kidney and liver function tests
- blood electrolytes
- vitamin D and Vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
