Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Right sided abdominal pain after Cholecystectomy may be
- post operative adhesion - underlying billiary abnormality - residual
scarring on liver tissue - Liga clips causing neuronal pain - other reasons
to be evaluated clinically .
* Would recommend to at least get an Ultrasound of the Abdomen & pelvis
done for primary information and management accordingly.
Hope this clears your query.
Welcome for any further assistance .
