What Causes Dizziness In A 75 Year Old Who Has Two Stents In The Heart?

I have been feeling dizzy for a few hours. I do not seem to have any other symptoms except I just checked my blood pressure and it is unusally low 115/64. I am almost always 120/80. I am 75 years old and have two stents in m,y heart. They were put in in 2000. all checkups have been perfect since.

It seems from the history that you are having dizziness and you had tent operations in heart.
The causes for dizziness are hypotension, hypovolemia and reduction in blood supply to brain because of atherosclerosis of the carotids.
Since you are elderly aged you require evaluation of the carotids to rule out atherosclerosis of the artery as a possible cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
