What Causes Diarrhea, Constipation And Stomach Pain?
hi i am 18 years old have had stomach problems for a few months started out as diriah 1-2 times a week then when to constipation and now a month or so later i am in costant pain in the stomach maily to the left but to the whole stomach i am taking meducal and some biotic stuff can you please tell me wat may cause this

It can be gastritis or gastroenteritis like infective stomach condition. For that, rule out H pylori infection by urea breath test.
If H pylori is positive than kit for that can be prescribed like Omeprazole plus Amoxicillin plus Clarithromycin combination medicine.
Avoid excess spicy foods. Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. Drink lots of water. Take more fruit juice. Avoid stress.
If H pylori is negative then Rabeprazole like antacid can be prescribed. If no benefit then endoscopy investigation needs to be done.
