General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The problems of diarrhea 6 weeks after gall bladder surgery, pain in abdomen on bending, bloating are not much known to occur after gall bladder surgery.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Your blood, stool and urine tests are normal.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen should be done as well as lower GI Endoscopy.
This may give a probable diagnosis which can be a focus of inflammation or infection or so on.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and anti-inflammatory medications may help to resolve the issue or further management as per the cause can be done to get a cure.
Continue small frequent meals.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Plenty of oral fluids, supplements of multivitamins, mineral and iron are needed in long standing cases.
