What Causes Delayed Period With Negative UPT?
hi, i am 31 years old, TTC for 2 years. i am 180cm tall,70kgs. In April i have a failed IVF where no eggs were retrieved. my periods have been 30 days regular since. last period was on 8thJuly and no period till now, i did urine test today it was negative, i have ultra sounds today also no gestational sac detected. am so confused
