What Causes Delay In Periods After Coming Off Mini Pill?

I was on the mini pill but I had to come off it that was about 4 months ago. My first two periods after coming off the pill were about a week late now my third one is over 2 weeks. I have taken two pregnancies about two weeks apart both saying negative. Should I be worried?
