Hi, If you are normally menstruating and are sexually active without any contraception, check for pregnancy. If not, check for thyroid status and blood glucose levels and also for any insulin deficiency. Exclude psychological causes and stress. Please check your hemoglobin levels, renal and hepatic function. If you are in the peri-menopausal age group, your symptoms are self-explanatory. With all these done, get properly managed for future treatment. Hope this helps.
