the skin at the top of my bottom crease is split and painful. It even hurts to clean. I have never had this happen and now it has happene twice in 2 weeks. I put neosporin on but it is not seeming to help. What causes this? And my husband said that it looks like there are a few tiny bumps beside the slit in my skin. He says the slit looks to be healing, but even to wipe it with a baby wipe to assure cleaning feels horrible.
