General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
The symptoms you described might be related to a viral infection.
You don't need to worry, usually it is a self-limiting condition that can last 1-2 weeks.
No specific treatment is needed.
She just need to rest, eat healthy foods, drink plenty of fluids(if is necessary give her oral rehydration solutions O.R.S that you can by in a pharmacy).
Give her Ibuprofen or Tylenol every 6 hours in case of high fever.

If this symptoms seem to get worse, very high fever that won't seem to get down with medications or if these symptoms last more than 1-2 weeks you should consult a physician.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
