What Causes Cough, Body Rash, Fever, Abdominal Pains With Yellow Eyes?
Hi my 6 year old has had a cough for over a week. On Sunday awoke covered in a rash, high temp and abdo pains. On taking to Dr he said cough was now infected and prescribed antibitotics. On monday she appered to be yellow in colour. Back to Dr s who sent her bloods as her eyes were slightly tinged yellow. What could it be and what happens next.?

Hi,
Usually, fever or any infection may lead to jaundice. Jaundice clears after clearing the infections. Child is given antibiotics. Some multivitamin are also given. Liver tonics are given if serum bilirubin are pretty high.
