What Causes Cough And Headache If Had Flu Shot ?

Hi, I had a flu shot as well as a whooping cough update yesterday. Today my head is thumping, Panadol has eased it. However I m shaking very heavily and can t get warm. Ride it out or any other ideas that may help me. I had a flu shot last year without any problems. Thank Ann.

Hi Ann,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Flu shot although is a good preventive measure to reduce the symptoms of an upcoming flu infection, it carries some side effects.
The most common side effects noted are headache and discomfort at the site of injection or in the muscles all over the body.

Although they are commonly feeling in the first day, they will be off by the second day. Continue taking Panadol until totally improvement.

Wish fast recovery.
