What Causes Constipation, Stomach Pain?

ok this may seems wierd but I don't know the name of the illness only symptoms
1) it is a common illness in indian women 2) usually occurs while lifting heavy items 3) constipation and stomach pain are very normal4) the elderly women who are said to be expert in treating this are usually use the words like "dhiran" "naabhi falling " which I believe is something to be related to some dislocation of internal body part 5) when asked about this from a doctor, he also said that it is common but couldn't explain it in medical terminology please help

Hello,

I'm not able to understand the problem from history it may be an umbilical hernia.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

So if it is a hernia means you have to consult your surgeon then he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
