What Causes Constipation After Exercising?

Hi, I have uterine fibroids and love exercising. However, whenever I exercise now, my lower stomach hurts and it appears larger after I exercise. I also get constipated after exercising. I really hate this because I am passionate about exercising. What can I do to continue my exercise regimen?

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Exercise has no concern medically with constipation unless there is violent
repeated contractions of the anus during the same on long term basis .

* Additional guidelines

- drink more liquids .
- high fiber diet .
- bulk forming laxatives .
- avoid stress , anxiety , smoking , alcohol .

Hope this will help you for sure .
