Hello,

You have a bad pain in the stomach and it goes away after you eat. You are in constant fatigue. You are also vomiting. Constant fatigue occurs when you have over exhausted yourself. When you are dehydrated, take adequate water and fluids. When you are too stressed, lack of sleep, taking inadequate amount of nutritious food, poor general health condition, anemia, thyroid dysfunction, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc. can also cause symptoms of fatigue.

To get relieve from pain stomach you can take PPIs, Pantoprazole, once daily for 10 days. Avoid constipation, and add fiber in your regular diet. Avoid taking oily, spicy, junk food. Take boiled food and boiled water after cooling for a couple of days. Get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests, endoscopy, X-ray, CT / MRI done to detect peptic / esophageal ulcer, or any other pathology that is causing you symptoms.

Take anti emetic, to stop vomiting. Continue to take PPIs, once daily foe 10 days. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected & the severity of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Constant fatigue can have many possible causes, and it is important to consult with a medical professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. Some common causes of constant fatigue include:
* Anemia: This condition occurs when there are not enough red blood cells to carry oxygen to the body's tissues. Symptoms may include weakness, fatigue, and shortness of breath.
* Thyroid problems: An underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) can cause fatigue, weight gain, and depression.
* Chronic fatigue syndrome: This is a complex disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that does not improve with rest and is not caused by any underlying medical condition.
* Depression and anxiety: These conditions can cause fatigue and other physical symptoms.
* Sleep disorders: Sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep disorders can cause fatigue and other symptoms.

Regarding your stomach pain, there are many possible causes, including ulcers, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), among others. It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider and describe your symptoms in detail to help with diagnosis and treatment.

Overall, it is important to consult with a medical professional for proper diagnosis and treatment of both your fatigue and stomach pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
