What Causes Cold, Watery Bowel Movement, Stomach Pain And Frequent Urination?

I threw up last night n had watery bowel movement at the same time.......... In my pants my stomach has been hurting all day n I ve been having watery bowel movements like I m peeing out my bottom I took medication which didn t work I m hot n cold n I m not sure what to do

Hi,

Vomiting and loose stools all indicate that you are suffering from Gastroenteritis.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor or better to go to Er as you need an urgent clinical evaluation, examination for dehydration and electrolyte imbalance as well as for intensity of infection.
Get intravenous fluids for hydration, electrolytes.
Intravenous antibiotics and Metronidazole.
Symptomatic treatment for loose stools, vomiting and as needed.
Complete the course orally once you are allowed to go home.
Drink only boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
Take home made foods only.
