Hey, I have clusters of itchy red bumps on my skin that have just appeared out of nowhere. We stayed in a hotel last night and so I have thought they could be bed bugs, but after inspecting the room and having found no real evidence to say that is the case, i then thought it could be hives as I have had it once before before a big move, and which i am doing in two days (moving back home). Is there any way to differentiate the two? or is there anything else it could be?
