What Causes Chest Pain On Deep Breath When Taking Alcohol?

hello, for 2 weeks now after drinking alcohol I get chest pains on the left side. it is like a dull pain and it hurts more when I breath in deeply. I also think that my heart beat is a bit irregular, I sort of feel it jump sometimes. I am 25 years old. Also I don't know if it makes any difference but when I was a child I was told that there is a hole in my heart but that it is nothing serious and is common
Thank you!

if you were told that you had a hole in heart but still till 25 yrs you had no problems, probably you had ASD artial septal defect. but now due to heavy drinking probably your hemodynamics change and pressurize your heart at times. kindly visit a cardiologist, get an echo done. and advise is to cut down drinking as you already had a risk for cardiac problems.
