What Causes Chest Pain During Pregnancy?

Had bad pain in my chest so went to my doctor they checked and said i have inflammation between my ribs but i have alot of pain still and i'm 29 weeks pregnant so can only take tylnol, i cant lay down at all without it hurting so much, could it be something else?
