What Causes Chest And Lower Back Pain With Shortness Of Breath?

started last night. Under alot of stress right now. pain in chest, shortness of breath, slight numbess in left arm. Lower back pain and a sharp pain in right shoulder blade region. This morning, when I ate when i swallowed there was pain in chest area?

By your history and description, possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely.
But better to get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases. If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
