I am 35 years old and have 3 kids. After my last child I got my tubes tied..since doing so (11 years ago) I have had more yeast infections in 11 years than ever! well kinda over the yeast infections now but notice about every 2 months after ovu:ation I cramp up so bad and feel a dull sharp pain on my cervix as well as those lumps... why all the horrible pain? is there a diet that helps keep balance in vagina ph? and when the cervical pain is not horrible, I notice it dull and still there, whats wrong with my cervix and vagina? I had 1 abnormal pap many years back and never went back, but since then I had i pap and it was normal...
