What Causes Buzzing Sound In Ear And Broken Blood Vessels In The Eyes?

I ve been to a Ear Nose and Throat Dr for a buzzing sound that comes and goes in my ears (hearing is normal) and now I ve noticed that I get broken blood vessels in my eyes on a regular basis. Are the two related and what could be a possible cause? I m on blood pressure medicine and blood pressure is under control. I take thyroid medicine and thyroid levels are normal. I also take birth control for controlling endometriosis. I m a 43yr old active female in otherwise good health.
