What Causes Burning Stomach Aches After Eating?

For the past month I have had loose stools and then am constapated, then when I pass a stool I find it has a white stringy/ mold like look to it. I have also been suffering from burning stomach aches daily after I eat. I have also noticed my energy levels to be very low and I am very irritable and somewhat depressed at times. I do not know what is wrong with me.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of loose stool for the last month and then followed by constipation, with white stringy mold like thing, burning stomach after eating, low energy levels and very irritate and depressed.
The causes of such problems can be found by the following:
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole and other symptomatic medications as per the symptoms.
Colonoscopy if required and an opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
CT scan is needed if cancer is found and needed for staging and knowing the stage and grade of the disease.
Further management solely depends upon the reports. Multivitamins and minerals can be of help for low energy levels, and replacement of the electrolytes may be required after the test has been done.
