What Causes Burning Sensation In The Vagina?

Earlier this month I thought I had a yeast infection. So I bought some over he counter treatments. After using it for one night, I got my period. Then my symptoms seemed to have faded away. About last week, I started getting a burning sensation in my vagina. Also, with some itchiness and burning when I pee. It does have a foul odor most days. When I figured out something was wrong, I started cleaning my vagina with soap. I don t know if it made it worse or not. I wear pantiliner everyday and I have not had sexual intercourse. I am a teen. Could you tell me what could possibly be wrong? Thank you.
