Sir I feel burning sensation while urinating from last 3 yrs I consulted gynaecologolist and urologist but the problem is not completely solved .. mine tsh level is 6.8 and I am not getting the motion daily also .. is it a piles and is it any serious issue ?
You have a higher TSH level which means you need to take Thyroxine supplements.
Constipation is a co-occurrence of hypothyroidism. Make sure that your hormone deficiency is corrected, increase your physical activity through regular exercise and take diet rich in fiber. If your constipation persists, see a specialist for proper evaluation. Constipation is not caused by hemorrhoids or piles, for that matter. In fact, the reverse is true.
As far as the burning sensation while passing urine is concerned, if infections have been excluded, try alkalizing the urine and increase water intake. Concentrated urine can often lead to burning due to the increased acid concentration.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
