What Causes Burning In Chest, Stomach And Throat?

I have been getting a sever burning in my chest that radiates to my stomach and into my thoat. little sios of water help for a few seconds and then return. antacids don t work either. had an ultrasound last week there is a lump but that has shown to be a fat mass
