I have a random bruise on my left inner forearm which I just noticed this morning. I also have a slight pain from my elbow going into my upper arm. The bruise is next to where I had a previous 'spot' lasered off by my doctor a few years ago to reduce risk of skin cancer. The bruise is next to this site, where I have noticed a few days ago that a reddish 'spot' is back. Are these related? And what could be the cause?
