Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

well, if I were your doctor I would like to few more points like your age, sex, any surgical or medical history, smoking, sugar, tuberculosis, pain while urine, any injury etc...

however, we must consider the following reasons in your case:

1. causes in the kidney or upper urinary system: infection, tumor or stone

2. causes in the lower urinary tract: stone, infection, injury or tumor/tumor-like conditions etc...

3. problem of bleeding tendencies like clotting problem due to low platelet count etc.., ITP, dengue, viral fever etc.

YOU NEED to go for a urine routine/microscopical test and also USG of KUB...for detection of the pathology!

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
