What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hi doctor I am 38 year old man. I am facing a problem blood in stool normally at the end red in color and so much heat produce but not regular. Actually three days back suddenly I was having loose motion after five to six motion the red come with stool and produce heat. Please advise me

dear you may be suffering from hemorrhoids,so please avoid spicy food and alcohol,eat high fiber diet, regular exercise, avoid smoking and caffeine. use syrp.lactulose if you getting hard stools if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
