What Causes Bloating, Shortness Of Breath And Thick Creamy Discharge?

I am waiting on my period I am very bloated I have a shortness of breath perid pains/symptoms but no period yet I have noticed a thick creamy discharge in the lead up to my due period which would normally have traces of blooding coming up to my period.

Hi,

Your presenting complaints could be due to Premenstrual Tension. Usual symptoms includes,
- abdominal pain & bloating
- sore breasts
- disturbed sleep, headache, irritability
- diarrhoea & constipation etc.

I would advice you to do,
* YOGA
* Have salt restricted diet
* Avoid caffeine and alcohol
* Plenty of fluids intake
* Have a consultation with your gynaecologist before taking this medicine
