I have no pain when I urinate and am taking no medication.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I suspect you may have Ovarian cancer or other Benign Ostrogen secreting ovarian tumours. Because You have 1. Bloating 2. Cramps on one side of abdomen 3. back pain 4. irregular persistent bleeding 4. Hardness in abdomen.
Thus you need immediate evaluation by Gynecologist and she may do further examinations like Hysteroscopy. She may refer you for Ultrasound abdomen, CT and MRI abdomen, if she suspects these symptoms are due to malignancy. If she confirms the malignancy by these investigations, he may do surgery or refer you to Oncologist for chemotherapy.
Further shortness of breath may be due to anemia caused by regular and heavy blood loss. It can be treated by infusing the blood if your hemoglobin is very low.
Hope this helps. Please write back for further queries. Wishing you good health.
