What Causes Bloated Stomach And Pain When Hungry?

My stomach has felt bloated for quite a few days now. It feels like my stomach is hungry it aches so bad but I'm not hungry. After I eat the aching goes away some but comes back a few hours later. My stool has been back and forth from solids to liquid for a few weeks. Also going to the bathroom does not relieve the aching and bloating feeling. Im 100% sure its not gas. I've tried taking anti acids and it has not helped at all

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Feeling hungry, bloating, feeling pain which goes away on eating something to come back indicate that you have gastroenteritis with gastritis as prominent symptom as your pain is relieved on eating something diluting the acid and thus needs the following in such a situation:
Upper GI endoscopy.
Tests of stool and blood.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and CT scan if needed.
Clinical evaluation by a your Doctor, preferably a Gastroenterologist.
All these things will help to get a correct diagnosis and proper management. Till then start a PPI and antacid.
Take soft bland diet in small frequent ways.
Avoid oily and spicy foods and say no to aerated drinks, alcohol, tobacco in any form, anxiety and stress to get an early results.
You may need an antibiotic if there is any evidence of an infection, activated charcoal tablets and bananas.
