Hello
As you stated that there is burning sensation during urination and pain in bladder ( over ) , frequent urination with blood many times but after the use of fluoxetine .The possibility of such symptoms may be due to:
1 The possibility of these symptoms may be the side effect of fluoxetine .Systemic events possibly related to vasculitis have been reported in patients w/rash but may be serious involving of lung , kidney and liver disease . The best way id stop fluoxetine for 5-7 days and still symptoms persists then consult a urologist and get his opinion.
2 Urinary tract infection , simple test will not elaborate any result , so get in URINE culture and sensitivity test.
3 Renal calculus may be the another reason of such symptoms . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both kidneys.
There are so many reasons of such symptoms but DEPRESSION may be the one reason of such symptoms ( except blood in urine but severe tension may produce blood in urine ) .
In my opinion first of all consult your treating doctor or deal as mentioned above.
Good luck.
