Hi,
Backache is not a sign of early pregnancy, but, sore breasts can be. It is too early to detect now; a blood test can read if performed after another couple of days. Assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres is the earliest definite way of confirmation/exclusion of pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram performed a week after the missed period, in case you miss your next normal period, gives conclusive evidence. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
