What Causes Abdominal Pain, Lower Back Pain And Farting?

i have servere pain in my abdomne near my overies, pain in my lower back, fart a lot,sometimes i want to fart but i cant, my knees and libs are sore and weak, its hard and painful when i urinate, headache and i dont poop easily, what could be the possible cause of all these symptoms.

Well come to HCM
I have red your complaints carefully and I could say that it may not be pain due to ovaries, if this is the lower abdomen pain then it could be due to urinary tract infection may be due to stone, it may be renal colic, your further given information could be suggestive of dyspepsia, that may be associated with constipation, here the intestinal infection is just likely, looking to the all of these, Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days can be tried with high fiber diet, plenty of drinking water, just to confirm the urinary tract infection it is advisable to get done urine test and abdomen ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care.
