What Causes Abdominal Abscess In Kids?

Hi just enquiring my 5yr old was complaining of slight stomach pains. We took her to doctor. They did a urine test and found pus. She has no temp or no temp has been detected she is not complaining of it hurting when urinating. We have to go back tomorrow after they analyse the urine. They said they may have to perform a ultra sound. I am worried should I be alarmed like this

Hi, this is not abdominal abscess but this seems to be urinary tract infection. Since, pus cells have been found in urine, therefore a urine culture test and ultrasound kub should be done to know the cause of urinary tract infection. Sometimes, urinary tract infection can present without fever. I hope this will help you. Take care.
