What Causes Abdomen Pain And Black Discharge After Abortion?

i had an abortion in june, afterwards my first 2 periods were normal, im on the pill but in the last 3 weeks i have been getting a black tar like discharge every day i also have ab pain not too severe.
could you give me some idea of what this might be. i dont feel ill im just fed up with it now.
