Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Your symptoms and findings may suggests mildly enlarged prostate.
You may need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram, urine RE/ME and PSA estimation.
PSA (prostate specific antigen)is important to exclude malignancy.
Treatment of enlarged prostate is both conservative and surgical.
Since prostate is mildly enlarged in your case, you may need medicine first.
You may need medicines like tamsulosin, finasteride etc.
Surgery is advised in non responding cases.

Get well soon.
