What Causes A Sharp Pain In Chest Reminiscent Of Electric Shocks?

Why do I feel like have an electric shock going thru my chest, from just below my breasts across my entire chest going diagonally? I am a healthy person, no drugs except for a daily vitamin, magnesium and calcium. I'm not overweight (5'5", 140lbs.) and I'm on the go constantly with my 2 children. Any ideas? It'll stop me in my tracks!

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart related causes for your shock like sensations in chest.
So get done ecg and 2d echo. If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium deficiency can also cause similar symptoms.. So get done blood reports for these and of deficiency then you may need supplements.
Hormonal imbalance can also cause such shock like feeling, so get done hormone levels too.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
