What Causes A Missed Period And Vomiting Sensation?

Good day. I dont know if im pregnant, my due date for my menstrual period was today but eventually it didnt came. But i have strange feeling, my breast sore feels heavy, unusual feeling to my stomach i feel vomiting sensation when i point my stomach, randomly mood swinf so unusual, headache and lower back pain. For this Past few days, i and my boyfriend had intercourse for several times.

Hi,
If you have always been regular with your cycles, you have the possibility of being pregnant, based on the fact that you were sexually active during your cycle. You can test for pregnancy with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later if you do not attain your period. Else, you can get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres for an earlier and better confirmation. Your symptoms, though not strictly specific, can relate to an early pregnancy as well as a premenstrual phase. Please see a specialist if you do not see your period, for an exam and further management. Hope this helps.
