Hello doctor,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
Nairobi fly dermatitis causes erythema, Severe pain and burning swelling and itching and blistering.
There is no special treatment require as it is self limiting disease.
You can give medication symptomatic.
Preventive measures are more important like if any contact with fly, immediately wash with soap and water.
Wear full sleeve clothes.
Straining net at windows and doors.
Hope this will be helpful to you.
