What Caused Dizziness, Pressure In Eyes, Stuffing Draining Sinus, Low Appetite?

dizziness, stumbling, pressure in eyes, lost eye focus for one day, stuffing draining sinus, cough, low grade fever, not eating not sleeping the night through, upset stomach, today lower back pain. went to Dr. had chest x-ray and all tests came back negative. no diagnosis given.

Hello dear,

The symptoms suggests that you are having an acute exacerbation of Sinusitis.
Investigation like nasal endoscopy & X ray of para nasal sinus will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Management includes:
1. Antihistamine preparations like Allegra & Anti tussive preparations for symptomatic relief.
2. Decongestant nasal drops.
3. Antibiotics based on culture & sensitivity reports.
4. Analgesic- anti pyretics like Paracetamol.
5. Steam inhalation & Warm salt water gargle.
6. Maintenance of adequate hydration & nutrition status of the body.
7. Protection from cold, dust & other allergens.

So, kindly consult an ENT Specialist & start treatment as advised.
