What Caused A Soft Pallet In My Mouth That Led To Red Lines And Difficulty In Swallowing?
The soft palate of my mouth is yellow as well as my hard palate. There are little red lines too, further back. It hurts to swallow and eat food and I have a lot of drainage from my nose that comes to my mouth and nose. My mouth has been really dry too.

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..1st it could be oral thrush-fungal infection,,2ndly it could be due to swollen lymph nodes/tonsils, either ways do salt water gargle thrice daily, take a course of mulitvitamins,, plz consult a oral medicine/ent specialist for yellow soft and hard palate,,for a check up and treatment.. hope it helps,,tc,,
