Hi,

I have gurgling sounds in stomach. Feel like some thing is moving when i am having those gurgling sounds in stomach. I have mucus in stool. It is not completely loose stool though. Its like semi solid stool.I'm suffering from this from 7 days. Not used any medication.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The sound that you heard is peristalsis sound and it is the physiological phenomenon. Mucus contained could be due to less food taken or due to empty stomach because the peristalsis sound is also due to hunger so you eat something and it will be gone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
