Dear Friend
Welcome to Health care magic. I am Dr Charu , I will shortly try to help you with my opinion.

Such a red colored rash which appears and then disappear only to reappear again is usually found in a condition called urticaria.

I need to know whether the lesions itchy?

How long are you having this rash?

Is any site of body ever got involved ?

Based on the available details, this is my best advice for you. You should discuss with your doctor and share my opinion , I am sure he/she will agree to my opinion.
