Depending upon profession ,age & sex there may be different causes.So get your ultrasound whole abdomen ,along with X-Ray lumbar spine& certain blood test to find the cause & get it treated. Disclaimer

Dear thanks for choosing health care magic.It is difficult to comment with this information but if we look at things in larger perspective this could be something like stone pain or some infection related to urinary tract.If you are a female than some gaynec infection can also cause this.Please see your doctor and get treated.in mean time for pain you can take analgesics and anti spasmodic.A take light diet and avoid physical exertion.
